Weekly Staff Covid Testing -- Staff continues to test at a weekly rate due to Polk County's COVID-19 positivity rate.

COVID Testing -- Moderna Vaccine 2/9/21

1/13/21 COVID Testing Updates -- The PMCC campus had an "all clear" round of COVID testing on 1/5/21. All staff at PMCC, TCP and CR were negative. All residents tested at both facilities were negative. We continue to test weekly at this time due to outbreak testing.

MODERNA COVID-19 Vaccine -- First Vaccine series offered to staff, residents and approved Essential Caregivers

11/8/2020 -- Update Covid Testing - Nursing Home & Assisted Living

11-5-20 COVID Preparation -- Testing and nursing home moves to be better prepared.

10/28/2020 Testing completed - awaiting results -- 1st round of Outbreak testing completed

10-26-20 staff person in our nursing home has tested positive -- Will need to suspend our new inside visits and essential care giver visits during our latest outbreak testing.

10/13/20 Round 1 Outbreak Testing -- Tests came back Negative!

10/04/20 Covid Update -- We have a positive employee quarantined

09-29-2020 Monthly COVID Testing 9/22 -- ALL NEGATIVE!

09/02/2020 COVID - Current County Rates -- Polk County Covid Positive Rate is 2.7%, considered low risk and testing Monthly. Our next test will be the week of 9/22/2020

08/31/2020 COVID Update - All Negative! -- Good News: Our third round of testing from the care center has resulted in negative results!

08/28/2020 COVID Testing Update -- Another round of testing complete and update on County % that will indicate future testing

08/25/2020 COVID Results from Friday 8/14 are in - All Negative! -- Test results came back Negative! Outside visits are occurring. Essential Care Giver program is still on hold.

08/19/2020 Follow-up Test of Positive Resident came back Negative. -- Precautionary measures will remain in place to ensure safety of residents despite Negative follow-up Covid test on recent positive resident.

08/17/2020 Update on COVID Testing update from Friday August 14th -- One positive result, most have come out negative. The positive case is suspect, and we have ordered a separate test to confirm that this is not a false positive.

08/11/2020 2nd round of Site COVID testing -- We are happy to report negative results on our 2nd round of testing.

08-04-2020 UPDATE: COVID-19 Testing -- Correction: we have one tenant who has tested positive, in addition to the one employee.

08/03/20 Results from site wide testing - Residents are all negative! One asymptomatic employee on quarantine. -- Good news are residents are all COVID free! Follow up testing will continue this Friday.

3-12-2020 PMCC Annual Meeting Canceled March 26th -- We will reschedule once the coronavirus risk has been mitigated.

3-12-2020 Visitation Restrictions Effective Immediately March 12, 2020 -- To protect our residents and staff, we have halted all non-essential care visits until the risk of coronavirus has been mitigated.
